My official summer vacation will start tomorrow.

At 9am tomorrow, my sister and I will be flying to Cebu. We will meet with our Tita and her family there. Our flight to Hong Kong, however, is at 9 in the evening. Maybe we might have the chance to look around Cebu or something. I’m not finished packing my things yet because I stop every once in a while to do something (right now, I’m writing this blog entry..).

I’m so psyched about this trip. It’s my first time to ride an airplane, to be honest :D. Naku, parang akong batang excited. I’ve never imagined myself traveling outside the country in my entire life. Now that it is finally happening, I’m so thankful to God because He has given me this opportunity. One saying goes:

When God closes a door, somewhere He opens a window.

Now I understand. I didn’t pass the final interview (refer to my past blog post) because God has already planned this trip for me. If I got the job, I won’t be able to have this trip because the training starts this month. Yep, that’s right. Oh yeah! HE REALLY LOVES ME. *sigh I feel like I’m a spoiled brat. He wants to make this summer vacation memorable for me because He knows my summer vacations always suck :flip:. It’s a once in a lifetime experience, feeling ko nanalo ako sa lotto. He even made our Christmas great last year. We finally had a BIG Christmas tree. Haha! After we threw our small, ancient white-colored tree, we never had for maybe 10+ Christmas. Last Christmas, we finally bought a new one (we also filled our house with loads of Christmas decors) because of that, our Christmas became more happier and memorable. Parang bumalik ako at ang mga kapatid ko sa pagkabata. Hehe! Our God is an awesome God talaga.

I’m going to make the most out of this trip.

Whew! I spent half of the day cleaning my room. My room was gathering dust and I have not cleaned it for so long since I was busy with school last semester, working hard to graduate and all :D. I got rid of all the clutter that has been inhabiting my room because I’m such a pack rat. I keep things from photocopied notes, test papers, tuition receipts, exam permits, to enrollment forms in my closet. I even have my palanca letters from high school. Those things just attracts dust in my room. Those are only a part of what was left when I decluttered my room last year. I’ve been throwing away a few stuff every now and then but I can’t throw ALL. Haha! Now I said goodbye to all of it. Errr.. Not really all. I kept my notebooks from college. I think I’m going to need them because I’m going to review what I’ve learned in preparation for the qualifying exams when I apply for a job. My closet is now decent looking. No signs of being a pack rat. I also rearranged my bed, book/magazine shelf and my computer table. See the outcome below. Have you noticed? I don’t have any pillows or blanket on my bed. It’s because I don’t sleep there anymore. I sleep with my sister in my brother’s room. He’s not sleeping in his room, he sleeps in my sister’s room. We are all jumbled up. Haha!

We got our passports yesterday. And today we have purchased our plane tickets. Sure na talaga ‘to! Woot!

Yey! Avatar: The Last Airbender’s Book3 Chapter 14 and 15 has been leaked! At last, I can finally watch it. I’ve been waiting for sooo looooong for these episodes. I’m going to watch them right now.
